Lead times may vary, some selected products have a longer lead time. Most items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering, and a member of our team will contact you with any expected delay. You'll be provided with your tracking number once we confirm pickup by the freight carrier. Orders without white-glove installation are shipped with FREE curbside freight delivery. All freight items are fully insured. The carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient drop off time. 

What is white glove installation?

Your product ships directly to certified billiards technicians in your area. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 weeks for arrival to the installer. Installation appointments will be made directly with your local installation company. This is subject to change during the holiday season and other busy periods.

What is pro installation?

If you elect to have professional installation, your item will be delivered via curbside freight directly to you. Please note you must inspect all items immediately upon delivery and inform Pool Table Sales of any issues. Return visit costs and labor will NOT be covered by freight or manufacturer defect warranty. Following freight delivery, a certified billiards technician will arrive at your agreed upon appointment time to install in the desired location.  Please note, all contact information is shared while your item is in transit.
